For the Week of Action - April 13, 2007

The Coalition of Worker Solidarity in America is announcing the Celebration of American Workers with a special “Flash Mob America” this Friday, April 13 at 4:00 pm eastern time, in solidarity with working people everywhere and specifically in solidarity with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers.

Working people have been hit especially hard by ruthless corporate profiteers who refuse to allow working people to earn a fair living wage. With Circuit City recently cutting three thousand five hundred jobs and replacing those workers with lower paid scabs, every working person in America should be outraged.

The Coalition of Worker Solidarity in America stands united with all working people struggling to win dignity and fair wages. We support the Victory the Immokalee Workers have won from corporate clowns

Friday April 13 is time for working people to take back America. We have called for “Flash Mob America” on April 13, in solidarity with the Immokalee Workers direct action in Chicago on this same day. This direct action is also in Solidarity with the striking Hospital Workers in Kentucky and West Virginia, in solidarity with the striking Union Miners in south western Pennsylvania and in solidarity with garment workers and farm workers around the world.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil ifs for good people to do nothing when injustice is near.
