Re: Activist Judge Runs U. S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago, Illinois, U. S. A.

Activist Judge Runs U. S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago, Illinois, U. S. A., abetting other judges, suppressing real and relevant evidence from case in front of Illinois Department of Human Rights, and fraudulently misrepresenting the facts and the evidence of the case in his fictitious opinion.

Re: Activist Judge Runs U. S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago, Illinois, U. S. A.

Hi:

Background: A jury in Illinois awarded Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Thomas 7 million dollars for libel. Although under the U. S. Constitution all citizens are considered equal under the law, the information below shows that in reality, this is not the case. See for yourself through what hoops a simple U. S. naturalized citizen (Germany) has to go and then just wastes his money since one activist appeals court judge obstructs justice, denying him access to a jury!!!

The problem here is, that our U. S. Appellate Court for the 7th Circuit is run and dominated by an activist judge, Richard A. Posner, who abets other judges and fixes cases of the plain folks who he thinks should not be allowed to present their cases of discrimination by race and national origin to a jury. The three acted like a crime trio, suppressing real and relevant evidence from the stages when my case went through the Illinois Dept. of Human Rights, as documented in the sources listed below. By the way, my MOTION TO RECALL THE MANDATE dated March 13, 2003, shows that I had documentary information that the racial discriminator worked with HR to upgrade the investigator's job. He then gave my job to a black person, transferred me to auditing and had me fired within one month for incompetence.

Please note that my motion cannot be found anywhere on AIMS system. It either was not scanned there or was deleted from it, evan though the document has been stamped “scanned” and “On AIMS”. One has to go to records storage to get the incriminating information contained only in the original document! Does this not sound like the court records have been tampered with?

In my motion I informed the panel of the real motif for my quick termination within a few weeks after transfer: So I would not find out about the increase in pay for investigators which I had to forego. Based on the documentary evidence any jury would have decided in my favor under our existing laws. Posner did not stop there. He also libeled me that I had difficulties doing interviews and that I did not mend my ways with my superiors, which only exists in his mind. My performance evaluation, which was also signed by the alleged racial discriminator, has an overall rating of "exceeds expectations" and contains no negative comments. It refutes Posners written statements as lies and libelous. They definitely made it difficult for me to find a decent job thereafter.

In my situation, Posner abetted Diane P. Wood, who was working at the University of Chicago Law School from where Posner also knew her, to fix the case. The other panel member was Terence T. Evans. My case is not unique, as can be seen from lawyers evaluation of judges, which show Posner as an activist having an agenda, who has no conscience and no heart, among other things. (See Almanac of the Federal Judiciary, Volume 2, 2002 and 2004, Aspen Law & Business, of Lawyers' Evaluation regarding judge Richard A. Posner.)

Please note that what I am writing to you I will also forward to the Judiciary Committee in January of 2007, when it is under democrat control. Please let me know if you are interested to give the people in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin a preview what is to come in 2007, of the Good News!
