On Tuesday, attorneys for wrongfully convicted death row inmate and police torture victim Aaron Patterson will again return to court for a hearing -- and quite possibly a ruling -- on Aaron's charges of ineffective counsel on his case. Should Judge Toomin rule in Aaron's favor, he is likely to be granted a new trial.
