Ask the State’s Attorney to Investigate Det. Kenneth Boudreau
How many suspects has Det. Boudreau coerced into making false confessions?

2? Dan Young Jr. and Harold Hill were released this year—after more than 12 years in prison—when it became clear their confessions were made under torture and threats.

12? Courts and juries have freed or acquitted more than a dozen men who “confessed” to Det. Boudreau and his partners.

40? More than 40 people remain incarcerated based on confessions they made to Det. Boudreau.

State’s Attorney Dick Devine has refused to investigate these cases. His office says it’s not worth their time. Not worth their time to ensure the innocent are not imprisoned while the guilty go free!

Demand justice and accountability!
Call the State’s Attorney’s office at (312) 603-1880 and ask Dick Devine to investigate Police Detective Kenneth Boudreau.

Sponsored by The Justice Coalition of Greater Chicago, an alliance of diverse organizations and concerned individuals committed to the reform of the criminal justice system and the defense of civil rights.
