Stand Up Against White Supremacy

The Ku Klux Klan are racist terrorists. For nearly 150 years the KKK has
organized racist intimidation, terror and murder against Black people,
Latinos, Asians, Native Americans, Gays and Lesbians and anti-racist militants.


Only a year and a half ago Ricky Byrdsong was shot and killed by a white
supremacist activist in Skokie. Earlier this year a Latino grocery in
Berwyn was firebombed by neo-nazis, and racist boneheads have reappeared on
Chicago's Northwest side.


The Ku Klux Klan's rally in Skokie is a provocation that must be
challenged. Rallies like this by the KKK are part of their strategy of
positioning themselves as a political alternative to the status quo for
white people.


Instead we need to unite against white supremacy and build an anti-racist
movement.
