VS sends out over 395 million catalogs per year with the use of little or no recycled content. This paper comes primarily from the Boreal Forest in Canada, which is being wiped out by catalog companies like VS. This deforestation is causing havoc to the earth and its inhabitants by creating a change in the global climate and destroying native plant and animal populations.
We cannot sit idly by as companies like VS destroy our planet. It is time to stand up and take action! VS cannot ignore the demands of concerned citizens forever. People everywhere are joining in on this campaign and demanding a change. In Chicago we are planning a series of events and demonstrations for activists to become a part of. Please join us as we kick off our fall campaign with a bang! We will gather in front of the Michigan Avenue store with a protest/leafletting. We will have all the signs and literature you'll need, so we just need you (and 20 of your closest friends ;) This will be just the start of many events and protests that will take place in Chicago over the next few months.

November 3rd marks the second annual Victoria's Dirty Secret day of action. Stand up against VS with activists across the nation as they tell VS to stop logging our forests! We will have street theater, signs, banners, chants, art and more. This will be a protest you won't want to miss.
