Now that this is clear the actions by FEMA in New Orleans makes sense, deprive people of food cut communication etc...

"The primary job of the military, FEMA, and Homeland Security is not to protect the American people in times of emergency but to protect the government in times of emergency and keep it functioning.
Their primary assignment is, not to rescue people, but to control them. Their directive is to relocate families and businesses, confiscate property, commandeer goods, direct labor and services, and establish martial law.
The reason FEMA and Homeland security failed to carry out an effective rescue operation is that this was not their primary mission, and the reason they blocked others from doing so is that any operations not controlled by the central authority are contrary to their directives.
Their objective was to bring the entire area under the control of the federal government - and this they succeeded in doing very well.
They did not fail in New Orleans. They were a huge success. Once this simple fact is understood, everything that happened in the wake of Katrina becomes understandable and logical."
This explains why FEMA authorities summarily refused offers of help from several domestic sources and from several nations.
Someone suggested that truth goes through phases; during the first phase, it is ignored as being irrelevant, in the second phase, it is countered and vehemently fought against, and in the third phase, it is accepted.
The internet is alive with sites that question and explain the existence of and maintain that the government is controlling the weather and that hurricanes like Katrina can be enhanced and guided. Every pivotal event is scrutinized and often determined to have been controlled by the evil designs of the governmental power structure. The official version of Waco is widely confronted, the Oklahoma Bombing, the 9/11 tragedy, several crashes of airplanes and now the course and results of Hurricane Katrina. Distrust of the government is extensive and some of it is openly displayed.
However, many Americans are satisfied and still vest a measure of faith in Federalism. They chose to ignore the concerns of those who question. It has not affected them and their life and they do not want to be bothered with reality. This truth is mostly in the first of the phases.
Several things happened in New Orleans that should concern every American citizen. First, Federal organizations like FEMA endowed with extraordinary powers that can easily violate our Bill Of Rights are a potent threat to our liberty and to the very existence of the American Republic. When the right of citizens to defend themselves with firearms is usurped, it is a direct violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution and an illegal use of government power. Second, allowing foreign nations to provide troops to bring order in American cities violates our sovereignty. Third, private property is the bedrock of a free people and forcing citizens from their own homes for their own good or for any other reason infringes on private property and of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution.
Many Americans have sacrificed their lives in past wars to preserve our freedoms. Now we are engaged in a conflict that our government says requires us to relinquish those same freedoms for our own safety. They have created organizations that compromise our liberty in order to accomplish this end. FEMA, Airport Security, Homeland Security, and the Patriot Act all curtail our freedoms. Why are we fighting if we must give up our freedoms because of the fight? Somehow, it just does not make sense.
In God's original creation, everyone spoke the same language and it was not long before they reverted to Original Sin and proposed the construction of a tower that would reach to God. To curtail this hubris God confounded their efforts by striking them with diverse languages disrupting their communication and thus their plans. This was the beginning of God ordained diversity and the crucible of nations. The quest for world government is another Tower of Babel. This direct confrontation to the order God created is little by little being imposed and there is no evidence that anything will repel it.
Though in these tumultuous times it is easy to forget, God is still sovereign and His plans will come to pass. We are living at the beginning of a time of great turmoil. Could it be that Millions of Christians have sought God's favor but failed to obey His mandates; that they have put His benefits above His sovereignty allowing evil to reign over an extended period, that they have failed to be vigilant? Could it be that we must now suffer the results of this dalliance? Like God allowed the Babylonians to conquer His people in ancient Israel, will He allow the New World Order to conquer America? Will we suffer under the foot of tyranny until we repent, accept His Legal structure and petition Him for redress?
Could this last proposed truth be in the first phase as well?
