Guerrilla Love Radio, 107.1 FM, is still not broadcasting, but we're shoring up our resources to come back on the air. We made a move to a new clandestine location sure to be more audible to previous audiences, and we still need to raise our antenna. Since we could always use support from the community (we gotta pay rent where we are and there's always equipment upgrades to be made) and fabricate an excuse to get together for a good time, we're throwing our 2nd Annual Halloween Benefit this Friday!
WHERE: The CRACHouse, 1626 S. Newberry (1 blk. west of Halsted, between 16th and 18th Streets)

HOW MUCH: $6 suggested donation (no one turned away for lack of funds)
HOW TO GET THERE: S. Halsted is under construction starting at 14th St., so don't use this from the north. If you're on 90/94 Southbound, use Exit 52C, towards 18TH ST. If you're on 90/94 Northbound use Exit 53A, towards CANALPORT AVE/CERMAK RD. either way, get to 18th Street and
Halsted and Newberry is 1 block west. Go north on Newberry and the house is 2 blocks down.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come in costume. It's Halloween weekend, fool!

Also, we piratistas at GLR decided to come up with a collected response to the events surrounding September 11. We will have copies of the zine on hand, including copies of our 2000 station sampler CD. Ripping read, gripping listen.
