Co-convenor of USLAW Gene Bruskin's talk on Iraqi Labor, its history, present, and the Iraq Labor Rights Campaign. Bruskin this last March met at the ILO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland with Aso Jabbar (head of Union of the Unemployed in Iraq — UUI) and Falah Alwan (President, Federation of Workers Councils and Trade Unions in Iraq—FWCUI), and he discusses this meeting and the international campaign to uphold ILO labor rights conventions for Iraqi workers, the the role the Iraq labor movement can play in the anti-war movement.
