Eric Blumrich's comments:

"This is sort of a litany for me, but I have to say- I kinda rushed to get this one out. I have a nagging feeling that it doesn't measure up to previous pieces I've done- I've been feeling burnt out as all hell, lately. Again, I feel the need for a vacation- but enough about me.

This animation came about after reading an excerpt from a speech by the Pretender-In-Chief, citing Jesus Christ as 'The Prince of Peace.'

Considering that Bush ignored Christ's admonition to 'Render, therefore, unto Cesar the things which are Cesar's; and unto God the things that are God's' (Christ's own statement on the necessity to seperate church and state,) and cited Christ as his favorite political thinker, I decided to spend a few uncomfortable minutes on the White House website, and see what Bush had to say about that elusive quantity, peace.

It was, of course, an education in the extremist philosophy that the Bush crime family embraces. Bush has said very little on the subject of peace- when he does, he addresses peace as a goal that can only be attained through an unspecified period of war, conflict, aggression, and eventual dominance of the United Sates of America accross a bloody and battered globe.

'Bush' and 'Peace' are mutually exclusive concepts.

It doesn't matter if Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11- we had to make war, to attain world peace. Venezuela HAD to be subjected to a US-sponsored coup- because it was all in the cause of peace. Jean-Bertrand Aristide, the first democratically-elected president of the embattled island nation of Haiti, HAD to be removed from office in a coup that claimed (and continues to claim) so many lives, because it was in the name of peace. Heck- Iraq is a HOTBED of 'peace', Bush-style, these days, and it only promises to get better- never mind the 190 folks who died in the shi'ite bombings- It's all part of of the Bush/God plan to bring peace to the world through mass extermination, eternal conflict, and tax breaks for the richest 1%...

Gee- have I mentioned, lately, how much I HATE Bush, and the ignorant, self-destructive rabble that supports him? Have I mentioned, lately, that every time I hear that another american soldier's life has been snuffed out in Iraq, I am filled with a sense of revulsion, sadness, and anger towards this disgusting sack of pig's droppings that currently squats in the highest office of our country?

I'm not a christian- I'm not even remotely religious- but sometimes, I wish I could be. I would very much like to believe that one day, George W. Bush will have to stand before God, and answer for his crimes against his fellow man, and the earth.

Ahh- I'm going off on a tangent- I should stop, here..."
