A local organizing coalition for mobilizing for the G8 summit in Georgia (june), The Democratic National Convention in Boston (july), and the Republican National Convention in New York City (august-september) is forming.

This coalition will be having its first meeting on Sunday, February 1st, at New World Rescource Center (1301 N. Western Ave.) at 12:00 noon.

Groups or individuals interested in organizing for any or all of the East Coast Mobilizations this summer are invited.

Chicago Coalition Against War & Racism; Depaul Students Against War; Midwest Unrest; Not In Our Name; and Students for Social Justice
