On April 18, 2001 the Goodman Theatre and IATSE Local 2 came to agreement on their first contract together. Goodman furnished us with fair wages and honest cost of living raises, as well as job security for the barganing unit members. It has been a long time comeing, but it has finally happened. The impeccible work we do is now under a truely professional structure. We can work with the assurance that our hard labour will be compensated and we will be protected in our jobs in more ways than one. Thank you to the IMC, Christine Geovanis, and Dawn Roberts.
