Large Anti War Banner Over Rush-Hour Lake Shore Drive

Protesters held up a large anti war banner over the Outer Drive during Tuesday morning rush hour.
As I was driving to work this Tuesday morning, caught in the stop and go rush-hour traffic on the Outer Drive, what to my wondering eyes did appear, but a large Anti War banner held up by protesters on the pedestian bridge that goes over Lake Shore Drive near North Avenue.
Man, did that make me feel good. And what was really, really cool about it, was that there was a non-stop blaring of horns showing solidarity with the protesters.
You know, events like that let you know that NO ONE wants this war.
And to the protesters, man, you guys are HEROS. Really!
I hope that there are a lot more spontaneous protests during this critical time (the next few weeks).
Anywhere along the Outer Drive is a good location. The pedestrian bridge, the North end of the drive at Hollywood, banners held up along the drive anywhere traffic slows down, Buckingham Fountain, all would be good spots.
In fact, I think the Feb. 15 protest should be just that: protesters lined up ALL ALONG THE DRIVE! It would be seen by thousands, and those thousands could PARTICIPATE by honking their horns. I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT!!!!
