Subj: Enforce the Constitution

I am starting new egroup--people in control--to encourage people to individually and collectively enforce the constitution. The first order of business is compel the President to observe the constitutional limits on his power.

I am preparing a declaratory and injunctive relief complaint and other documents that will soon be posted on the egroup and in the files section. I am hoping thousands of people across the nation will file actions in all the federal districts to enforce the constitution; to get a declaration that the President does not have the power to make war with Iraq; and to get an injunction against the President. If we can persuade enough people to file this action across America, along with passing along copies of the action to the media and Congressmen, our voices cannot be ignored.
