- ADC Update -
The United States Department of Justice has announced another expansion of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) special call-in registration requirements to include five additional countries (group 4).

The new expansion increases the total number of countries covered by special registration to 25; 24 of which are Arab or Muslim.

The new, group 4, countries include Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, and Kuwait. Men over the age of 16 (born on or before February 24, 1987) who entered the United States on non-immigrant visas on or before September 30, 2002 and who plan to remain in the United States at least until March 28, 2003, are required to register with the INS between February 24 and March 28, 2003.
