3 local nuns were among the 86 demonstrators at the annual School of the Americas protest in Columbus, GA arrested and held for one or two days at the Muscogee County Jail until bond was posted. Srs. Kathy Long, OP, Dorothy Pagosa, SSJ-TOSF and Joanne Quinkert, SP have court dates the week of January 27, 2003. They each face a six month sentence in Federal prison if found guilty of misdemeanor trespass.
