Michel Shehade is one of the L.A. 8, Palestinians prosecuted for their political activism, and currently with Free Palestine Alliance; Clark Kissinger is on the national council of Refuse&Resist! and active in the fight to free Mumia abu-Jamal; and Adam Schwartz is an attorney with the ACLU in Chicago.

Sam Ozaki (activist and survivor of US concentration camps for Japanese & Japanese-Americans during WW2), Stan Willis (National Conference of Black Lawyers, activist against police brutality in the courts and the streets), Michael Deutsch (nationally recognized expert on grand juries, on the use historically and today)
Big Brother is Watching..., featuring:
Don Goldhammer (Chicago Committee to Defend the Bill of Rights, on Internet surveillance), Ann Christopherson (president of the American Booksellers Association on threats to readers' privacy under USA Patriot Act), Lynne Stewart (on attacks on attorney/client privilege).
Criminalization of Dissent, featuring
Prof Len Cavise (DePaul law school, on criminal provisions of USA Patriot Act), representative of the anti-globalization movement, representative of the Puerto Rican Cultural Center
